What to Ask Your Heathcare Team
Ask your doctor about other members of the healthcare team that can help you learn about your taking care of yourself. If your doctor thinks your kidney disease may require dialysis or transplant at some point, ask about information that can help you learn about your options.

• How can I meet with other people with kidney problems, and find out more about what treatments are like?
• Can I visit a dialysis center?
• Will my insurance pay for treatment?
