Ingredients
non-dairy liquid creamer, thawed 1/2 cup (120 ml)
vegetable oil 2 tsp. (10 ml)
1 pkg. Chocolate Malt or Egg Nog flavored* instant breakfast
vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup (120 ml)
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients.

Mix together well.

* Avoid chocolate, coffee, strawberry and vanilla flavors as these are 200 mg higher in potassium per serving.
