Ingredients
beef round steak 1 lb. (450 g)
beer 1 can
Teriyaki Meat Marinade 1 Tbsp. (15 ml)
Onion powder to taste
small onion, cut into 8 pieces 1
medium green pepper, cut into 8 pieces 1
small mushrooms 8
cherry tomatoes 8
 
Instructions

Cut beef into 1 inch (2.5 cm) cubes.

Mix all marinade ingredients: beer, teriyaki meat marinade, and onion powder.

Add beef to marinade and cover tightly.

Marinate refrigerated for several hours or overnight.

Divide ingredients into 4 equal portions.

Alternate meat, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms on 4 skewers.

Grill over charcoal or under broiler, turning skewers frequently to avoid burning.

Occasionally brush with marinade.

 

Liquid smoke and "Tabasco" hot sauce may be added to meats as desired since both are low in sodium.
