Ingredients
hard boiled eggs 4
mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. (30 ml)
dry mustard 1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml)
vinegar 1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml)
onion, finely chopped 1 Tbsp. (15 ml)
paprika dash
pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolk.

Mash yolks with a fork and mix with remaining ingredients.

Refill eggs, heaping slightly.

Sprinkle with paprika.
