Ingredients
corn 1 cup (235 ml)
non-dairy creamer 1/2 cup (120 ml)
flour 1 1/2 cups (355 ml)
baking powder 2 tsp. (10 ml)
shortening, melted 1 Tbsp. (15 ml)
eggs, beaten 2
 
Instructions

Blend creamer and corn

Sift dry ingredients; add to corn

Add shortening and eggs; beat well.

Fry at 375° (190° C) in deep fat until golden brown and crisp.
