Ingredients
frozen chopped spinach 1 pkg.
uncooked rice 1 cup (235 ml)
grated American cheese 1 cup (235 ml)
eggs, slightly beaten 2
margarine, melted 2 Tbsp. (30 ml)
non-dairy creamer 1/3 cup (80 ml)
chopped onion 2 tsp. (10 ml)
worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml)
rosemary 1/4 tsp. (1 ml)
 
Instructions

Add some margarine, pepper and cream to cooked, drained noodles. Sour cream can be used in place of cream.

 

Cook spinach and rice according to package directions, but do not add salt to water.

Combine all ingredients and pour into 10" x 6" (25 x 15 cm) casserole.

Bake at 350° (175° C) for 20 - 25 minutes.
